Hi guys! Thanks for all of your concerns and comforting words. Really appreciate it. My mom is alright (thank God!) and yes, all that is gone were her belongings which can be replaced. She didn't get hurt which itself is a blessing. Thank you again for your kind thoughts.

Sigh...this is already the 2nd time I've heard of such news, ever since the petrol prices went up.
