What have I been doing?

I have been doing this.

NOT...How I wish I was and AM doing nothing but eat, sleep and shop but its a luxury I have to do without for a long, long time.

Signs of having not shopped enough showed significantly today for instance. I went to Cold Storage at Ikano. Oh by the way, I have found a great way you can save on those Christmas tree decorations. Buy them on sale after Christmas and use them for next year. Great huh? :-P

OK, where was I. Yes, I went into Padini cos there was a sale going on. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes. To be more specific, I wanted to get one of those "wedges" type shoes. Its very 70s but I like them and they are apparently, very 'in' these days. I spotted one in black which was quite a looker. It would've made me the hottest mama in town. I tried on the one on the rack but it was way too small. So, I asked for a larger size and for the record, I have average-sized feet.

I am sure you'd guessed it by now, a hot mama I was not destined to be cos they had run out of my size!! Either I have to visit the shop every week so that I can get a chance to own one of those latest trendy shoes around or they have to seriously consider making lesser size 4s and more of size 6s. Who wears a size 4 anyway? Probably Cinderella does but ah, forget it. I'm just a sour puss ranting away because I didn't get what I wanted today. Blek...

If it's on sale, they never have my size!

I was just thinking about how I haven't been out since before Christmas to shop and how I really feel like I should be out there looking for some good deals. They are all going to be gone when I finally do get out there. Have a good day. Kellan

I take a size 8 and have a hard time finding them. I tried to get teenage daughter some new winter boots the other day and all they had were size 10. I guess Big Foot wears winter boots. LOL! Have a Happy New Year!

I love those wedges too. It's easier to wear. I'll die if I wear ordinary heels to go shopping. I sure ended up limping at the end of the day. lol

Here's wishing you and your family a Happy New Year.

Enjoy! :-)
