Well, the others would be the conventional saving types i.e trust fund, savings, insurance. Stocks could also be another good one but they depend very much on the company's performance. I still say that real estate is the way to go. They are the best hedge against inflation. It can give your current return of investment if you rent it out. The best part is, real property appreciates. That is what I aim to have for my kids. A piece of real estate.
